MottoFlip is an online platform that enables vehicle owners to obtain an indicative value of their end-of-life vehicles and connect with Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facilities ("RVSFs") or Registered Scrappers for the purpose of vehicle scrapping in accordance with applicable laws. The Platform facilitates the interaction between Users and Registered Scrappers but is not a party to the sale transaction between them. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, disclose, and protect your personal information and vehicle-related information when you access or use the Platform and its related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Platform or the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.   • Transaction and communication information, including your requests, inquiries, communications with us or registered scrappers, and records relating to the services;
  • Technical and usage information, including IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, cookies, and information relating to your use of the platform; and
  • Any other information voluntarily provided by you while using the platform or communicating with us.

This information is used for specific purposes, including:

  • Providing an indicative valuation of your vehicle;
  • Connecting you with one or more RVSF based on your request;
  • Facilitating communication between you and RVSF;
  • Verifying your identity and vehicle ownership where required;
  • Responding to your inquiries and providing customer support;
  • Operating, maintaining, improving, and securing the Platform and the Services;
  • Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Generating aggregated or anonymized analytics to improve our products and services; and
  • Sending service-related communications, updates, and, where permitted by applicable law, promotional or marketing communications.

We will use your personal information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection. We will not use or disclose your personal information for any unrelated purpose without your consent, except where such use or disclosure is required or permitted under applicable law.

  • With payment service providers, communication service providers, cloud hosting providers, and other technology partners engaged to support the Services; and
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to comply with legal obligations, defend against legal claims, or protect our rights or others. We may also anonymize your personal information for research or statistical purposes.

We may also use anonymized or aggregated information for research, analytics, business intelligence, product improvement, and statistical purposes.

MMCM does not store complete payment card details on its systems unless required by applicable law or payment regulations. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated against your account without a valid reason, we may charge a fee to cover the costs associated with the dispute. Additionally, we may restrict your future access to our services or products.

Severability
